CCTDA Reports Slide in Coal Supply from Key Monitored CN Enterprises in Early Jul w/ Accelerated Destocking

According to the China Coal Transportation and Distribution Association (CCTDA), the coal supply from its key monitored enterprises decreased in early July because of frequent rainfall, accelerating those enterprises' destocking processes, Chinese media reported. Remaining cautious in procurement, downstream users focused on rigid demand and long-term contract coal purchases. Consequently, both coal production and sales experienced varying degrees of decline.
