CNEWECON FUND announced that MEITU (01357.HK) founder and major shareholder Mike Cai, as an offeror, has completed the acquisition of a total of 50.71% equity from the company's original shareholders for a total cash consideration of HKD70.93 million. As a result, the offeror is required to make a mandatory general offer at a cash price of HKD0.106 per share, representing a 19.10% premium over the last closing price before the suspension.
